Friday’s Featured Quote

“All human discoveries seem to be made only for the purpose of
confirming more and more strongly the truths that come from on high
and are contained in the Sacred Writings.”

  1. Loved your post!
Actually quite perfect timing to read such a post. I just got finished reading a blog titled “stupid christians.” I did write a great deal arguing against the points the man made, but always amazed me how people see anything other than God. Recently I was in Peru and visited the sand dunes, such an awe-inspiring site that all I could think or feel was God. The Biblical account points to our Lord, the human existence does, all of nature does, nothing is capable of proving anything other than Jesus Christ.

    Great Post

Hello Josh. I’m glad you like the quote. Like you said, there are so many things that point to the fact that there is a God.(His Word, nature and human discoveries) When people choose not to believe in God and not live their lives to please Him, I think it’s just a simple matter of them exercising their own self wills. God gives us the power of choice, and sadly there are many who do not believe in Him or maybe say they believe in God but just live whatever way they please. I am thankful though that for those that are really hungering after God, He can be found. Thanks for stopping by and leaving a comment.
