Sign of Spring In My Backyard

This isn’t very profound, I know, but I am just so happy to see signs of spring in our backyard.  There is just something about blossoms and budding trees that fill  me with a sense of hope.  Am I weird, or can anyone else relate to this?

  1. Hello. We’re still buried in snow. Nonetheless all of creation declares that “God is” and that he is an incredible Creator. From the farthest galaxies down to the most seemingly insignificant of sub-atomic paricles, he holds it all together by his word.

Have a blessed day in Jesus.

  2. I just commented to my husband yesterday about all the new buds sprouting on our Liquid Amber tree that I can see from my kitchen window. Yes, I love spring time.

  3. Oh Yes–this past weekend we did some work (much needed I might add) in the front and back yard. I hope to have a patio, sidewalk and grass before the end of April. YIPEEEEEE!!!!

Then I can start planting in the flower beds and landscaping the side and front yard. I hope to have a haven (peaceful and lovely) in my back yard in which to escape and relax with my family and friends.

I’m sure y’all will be glad when it’s finally completed. I look forward to seeing the finished product.

  4. No, I certainly don’t think you’re weird for that! I have “Spring fever” really bad! I love the newness, wonder, and hope of spring–the blossoms and buds! I agree with Tara–“Yay for spring!!” -)

  5. Vive le printemps!

I feel like you – hope is highten. Today I had a few moments in my backyard and several yellow finches were perched in the blossoming peach tree. I was smiling – and knew I was – from ear to ear!

Ah, oui. Vive le printemps, ma soeur!
