The Miracle Continues

It’s been a while since I’ve given an update on Brother James.  For those of you who may not know, James is a man from our church whose heart stopped beating back in February.  He was without oxygen for 10 minutes before the paramedics came to where he was.  The doctors were very negative about his chances of recovery and had even encouraged his wife to let them pull the plug on his life support.  A lot of people prayed for James, and miracle after miracle has happened in his life.  I found out yesterday that he is able to walk some now with a walker.  His memory is improving too.  He asked his wife about a couple that goes to our church.  His wife said, “You remember them?”  He replied, “Of course I do!”

Currently, he is not able to be in service with us, because he is staying with relatives that live close to 2 hours away from us.  The distance is too much for him to travel at this time.  However, we are praying and believing that God is going to make a way for him and his family to be back with us soon.  Thank you to all who have prayed for him, and I look forward to sharing future victory updates!

Yes, He is an awesome God, and He still works miracles!!

  2. What a wonderful testimony to the power of God to heal… I used to work in cardiac nursing. This is truly a miracle!

Yes, it is a miracle! The nurses at the hospital where James was first at felt this way too. They called him their “miracle man.”

  3. Carol:
I am thrilled that Bro. Mason is still recovering and doing better. I know how slow recovery can seem, but God has done it for me. I’m continuing to have excellent doctor reports. YES, HE can heal our bodies even before we realize, but even moreso, He can heal our spirits and souls that we might be blameless at His coming!

Amen! I’m thankful God is a healer.
